Onlyfy Refund Policy

Last updated: 10 September 2026

14 days, no questions asked. If Onlyfy Pro is not what you wanted, email onlyfy@ecom.beer within 14 days of paying and you get your money back. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to argue with anybody.

How to ask

Email onlyfy@ecom.beer from the address you bought with, or reply to any Whop receipt. Say that you want a refund. That is the whole process.

Refunds are processed by Whop, who are the Merchant of Record for every Onlyfy order. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 3–10 business days depending on your bank. We do not hold your card details and cannot refund you by any other route.

Renewals

A subscription renews automatically until you cancel. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise and you have not used Pro since it was charged, email us and we will refund it. We would rather return the money than keep it from somebody who did not mean to spend it.

Outside of that, renewal payments are not refunded once the new period is under way — cancel before the renewal date instead, which you can do at any time from the link in any Whop receipt.

Cancelling is not the same as a refund

Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your Pro access running until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund the unused part of a period you chose to cancel partway through — you keep the access you paid for instead.

The exception is when we end your subscription for a reason other than a breach of the terms. Then the unused part comes back to you.

If Onlyfy stops working

Onlyfy reads a page owned by Meta, and Meta changes that page without warning. If a change breaks Pro and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, tell us — that is a refund, whatever the calendar says.

Before you charge back

Please email us first. A chargeback takes weeks, costs us a fee, and gets you the same money more slowly than simply asking. We have never refused a refund request that was made in good faith.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here removes a right you have under consumer law where you live, including any statutory cooling-off period. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.
